Preventative or wellness care is for the person looking to stay healthy and well, maintain a current condition, and take a proactive approach to living life to its fullest.
WELLNESS COACHING
Your health and wellness journey has endless potential for you and your family. Dr. Jess is always working to include wellness coaching at every chiropractic visit. If there is particular area of wellness (detox, diet/digestion, exercise/fitness, mindfulness, stress, hormones, etc.) that you are interested in please let us know.
ASPEN SAUNA
Aspen Acres sauna available by appointment only. Please e-mail, text or call to schedule a 30 minute session. Our Almost Heaven cedar barrel sauna is a traditional finnish sauna ran off electricity and can only be used with distilled water. Consent to use the sauna is conditional upon provision of accurate answers to the following questions and signing this agreement.

Raw Dog Food
We now offer three brands of raw dog food (Blue Ridge Beef, K-9 Kraving and Albrights) here at Aspen Chiro & Wellness from a local source based out of Sauk City, WI called Raw Rations! Currently, we offer patties, toppers, and treats! Our current treats in stock are: duck feet & meaty bones. For toppers we have turkey with bone, venison with bone (with a little beef), beef with bone, chicken with bone, & a natural mix (beef liver, beef heart, tripe, and beef meat).

WHY RAW?
Raw dog food has many benefits, including easier digestion and better nutrient absorption, boosts their immune system, and provides more energy for your furry loved one!
