Aspen Acres sauna available by appointment only. Please e-mail, text or call to schedule a 30 minute session. Our Almost Heaven cedar barrel sauna is a traditional finnish sauna ran off electricity and can only be used with distilled water. Consent to use the sauna is conditional upon provision of accurate answers to the following questions and signing this agreement.
Sauna Rules & Reminders
1. Please bring your own towel, robe or other clothes to dry off.
2. Clean clothing is required during the sauna session. (Men shorts are required at minimum. Females - shorts and sports bra are required at minimum).
3. Hydrate! Feel free to bring your own (non-alcoholic) beverage.
4 No food allowed inside the sauna.
5. No shoes allowed inside the sauna.
6. Only use the provided distilled water in small amounts at a time; use the long handled ladle to slowly drizzle water over the rocks.
7. Please clean up after yourself.
